➡️ It’s a super yummy recipe! Children may not eat beetroot in raw form but a Pink Paratha will always be an attractive option to get that beetroot in the tummy!
➡️ Peel the beetroot and grate it finely. You can also make a puree.
➡️ Take ingredients :
- Wheat flour, beetroot ( grated or puree) ajwain, salt, coriander, turmeric powder, chilli powder ( as per the child’s taste and suitability).
➡️ There is plenty of moisture in beetroot which oozes out as dough rests. Hence add water only if necessary and kne ad the dough to form a stiff one.
➡️ Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
➡️ Take a small portion of dough and make a smooth ball out of it. Roll it out using a rolling pin just like regular parathas.
➡️ Using heart shape, round, star and such other moulds you can make it even more attractive for the child to eat!
➡️ This recipe can also be tried with spinach puree to make Green Parathas and yellow mung dal puree to make Yellow parathas
